Carolina Perez

Carolina brings more than 17 years of experience to Concierge Property Solutions.

Prior to joining the company, Perez was property manager for Delma Realty Services III, where she managed 118 condominiums; leasing; annual budgets; emergencies; scheduling of contractors and collection of rent. Before that, she was a leasing consultant with Greystar Management; and held the positions of social director and home warranty customer service representative for GL Homes.

She graduated from Lynn University with a BS in hospitality management.
