As Director of Property Management & Development, Brooke Fleishman provides strategic leadership for Concierge Property Solutions’ property management teams, ensuring they deliver the company’s signature concierge-level service while maintaining compliance with Florida statutes and industry best practices. Known for her strong leadership, collaborative approach, and commitment to excellence, Brooke mentors and develops management professionals, fosters accountability, and drives operational improvements that enhance both resident satisfaction and community performance. She is instrumental in implementing innovative policies and procedures that promote efficient, effective, and consistent property management services across the portfolio.

Brooke brings a lifetime of exposure to the property management industry, having grown up watching her mother build a successful career as a Property Manager. She further developed her expertise through her own professional experience, including managing multiple large retail centers with Stiles Property Management.

Her passion lies in supporting property managers, helping solve complex challenges, building strong relationships with owners and Boards of Directors, and ensuring the communities under her leadership receive exceptional service and support. Through her proactive leadership style, Brooke empowers her teams to deliver exceptional results while maintaining the high standards and personalized service that define the Concierge Property Solutions brand.

Brooke holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Florida State University and is a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) in the State of Florida.
