Concierge Front Desk

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Concierge employee to join our from desk team at an ultra-luxury condominium in Boca Raton, FL. This team member will play a key role in providing exceptional service to residents and guests.

  • Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and proactive Concierge employee to join our front desk team at an ultra-luxury condominium in Boca Raton, FL. This team member will play a key role in providing exceptional service to residents and guests. This position requires attention to detail, and the ability to work with a team to maintain a luxurious and welcoming environment.

  • Role Description

    • Provide curteous and professional service to residence and guests
    • Keep the front desk area organized and clean to present a positive first impression.
    • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and request with efficiency and discretion.
    • Accept and log packages.
    • Foster positive relationships with residents – addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
    • Coordinate concierge services, such as dry cleaning, transportation, and restaurant reservations.
    • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, package deliveries, and other relevant information.
  • Qualifications

    • Experience in hospitality or customer service.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Association Portfolio Manager

Manages multiple condominium and homeowner associations in accordance with homeowners’ property management contract, and the Bylaws and Declarations of the association by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

  • Must have a Florida community association manager license

    Seeking a high energy, detail oriented professional to manage a portfolio of Condominiums, HOA’s and Master Associations.

  • Summary

    Manages multiple condominium and homeowner associations in accordance with homeowners’ property management contract, and the Bylaws and Declarations of the association by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

  • Sample of essential duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following

    • Works with Board of Directors to collaborate and determine management priorities.
    • Maintains good public relations and interacts with clients, customers, and co-workers in a positive, respectful and professional manner at all times.
    • Evaluates the financial status of the Association and prepares annual budgets for review.
    • Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
    • Oversee Reserve Studies, researches issues and presents Board of Directors with recommendations.
    • Oversees collection of monthly assessments from residents, including lien and legal notices.
    • Directs maintenance, janitorial, front desk, and housekeeping staff who perform routine repairs, maintain buildings and grounds, and patrol area to maintain secure environment of community (as applicable).
    • Arranges for and obtains bids and oversees activities of contract service representatives such as landscapers, exterminators, trash collectors, major repair contractors, utility service repairers, and pool maintenance services.
    • Works with association and with insurance carrier, fire protection, police department, and investigates resident disturbances, violations, or complaints, and resolves problems in accordance with regulations established by Board of Directors.
    • Manages the compliance programs as approved under the direction of the Board of Directors.
    • Should have solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Enumerate experience a plus.

    • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary.
    • Must have the ability to assimilate complex information data etc. from disparate sources and consider adjust or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need.
    • Must be effective at listening to understanding clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by co-workers, residents,  and guests.
    • Must have good interpersonal skills with clients and employees.
    • Independent worker, detail-oriented individual with strong work ethic.
