Rachel Sprenkle

Rachel Sprenkle has held several property management roles with Concierge Property Solutions and currently serves as a Portfolio Manager, overseeing condominium, homeowners association, and commercial properties. Prior to this role, she served as the Property Manager at Vizcaya Lakes Condominium, where she successfully managed a large mid-rise condominium community.

In her current position, Rachel works closely with Boards of Directors to support the day-to-day operations of their associations. Her responsibilities include coordinating vendor services and site visits, overseeing maintenance and operational projects, reviewing and processing invoices for Board approval, facilitating communications between residents, vendors, and Board members, and ensuring compliance with governing documents and applicable regulations. Rachel is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships that contribute to the success of the communities she serves.
